Can I reserve a specific home?

Yes, you can reserve a specific home, but there are certain conditions. If we lock down a specific home for you and you do not
show up for your vacation we will be left with an empty home which could have been used by another guest or even the home
owner. This is why we ask for a minimum stay of 5 nights and that the full balance is paid 8 weeks prior to arrival, which
is non-refundable if you cancel within 8 weeks of arrival.How much deposit do I have to pay?

We do not ask for a depsoit. We take your credit card details to hold the booking, but do not charge the card. If you
a specific home then your payment is required 8 weeks in advance of arrival and you should contact us to let us
know the method of payment.

When do I have to pay?

If you have reserved a specific home, payment is required 8 weeks in advance of your arrival. If you have left the choice
of home up to us, you will be contacted 3-5 days prior to your arrival. You will then be asked for your credit card
information. If you wish to pay by cash, bank draft, or travelers check, we will make arrangements to collect this from
you upon your arrival at the home.

Where do we get our keys?

3-5 days before your arrival we will contact you with full directions to your home along with instrctions for access
to the house and any alarm codes.

What if I need to cancel?

Please contact us a soon as possible. You must give written notice to cancel a booking. If you have left the choice of home
up to us you have up to one week prior to arrival to cancel with no charge. Within the week of arrival there will be
a $150 cancellation fee charged to your credit card.

If you have reserved a specific home the full balance for your home has to be paid 8 weeks before arrival and is
non-refundable, if you were to cancel within that 8 week period.

How many people can stay in a home?

All our homes are licensed with the state of Florida and the rules are very strict regarding occupancy. So please note
the numbers when making your reservations. Most of our homes have sleeper sofas to accommodate 2 people over and
above the two per bedroom.

3 Bedrooms - Sleeps 6-8 people
4 bedrooms - Sleeps 8-10 people
5 bedrooms - Sleeps 10-12 people
6 bedrooms - Sleeps 12-14 people

Each home will state how many people it can sleep.

Where are the homes located ?

All of our homes are within a 10-15 minute drive to Disney World and an easy drive to the rest of Orlando's attractions.

What do I need to bring with me?

All of our homes have been furnished and equipped to ensure that you have a great vacation. The homes also have
necessities such as hair dryers, irons and are sticked with soap, toilet paper, and garbage bags. However, these are
only initial stock and replacement of these items are your responsibility. Towels are not allowed away from the home,
so if you will be visiting the water parks or the beach, please bring your own towels to take with you.
